Founder & Executive Coach
Jon Crantz, MDiv, Dmin
I approach coaching as a collaborative partnership focused on creating a meaningful and desired future. I help clients solve problems, generate solutions, and uncover a deeper sense of purpose—both personally and professionally.

Therapist
Stephanie Justus, LMFT
Like so many others, I initially sought relief by addressing the surface-level symptoms without delving into the underlying causes. However, as time went on, I grew increasingly dissatisfied with the cycle of temporary fixes. I yearned to understand why my body persisted in experiencing these symptoms, and this curiosity ignited a desire for a more holistic approach.

Therapist
Quinn Moy, MA, LPC-A
I integrate research-based counseling approaches with a biblical perspective to help individuals and couples find lasting healing and growth. My deepest joy is seeing clients experience freedom, hope, and transformation through the counseling process.

Shannon Jones, MA, LPC-A
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate and provide therapeutic support to people across all stages of life—children, teens, adults, couples, and families. I am passionate about fostering healthy family dynamics and nurturing relationships. My approach to change and healing focuses on identifying truth and understanding the intricacies of the brain.

Therapist
Mariah Boltz, LPC-A
I view my role as a guide, partnering with others in their journeys and consider it a privilege to sit with others amidst the complicated reality of living in a very broken world. I seek to facilitate personal growth through an integrated biblical lens with theoretical approaches such as person-centered, existential, family systems, and restoration therapy.

Intern
Hannah Mendoza
I am especially eager to support adolescents, young adults, and those experiencing major life transitions. Anchored in my faith, I believe every person is created with intention and innate value. Life can be overwhelming, reaching out for support is both brave and necessary.

Intern
Connor Navarrete
As a Christian counselor, we strive to do this by providing the best soul-care we can to our clients. To truly help our clients find healing, the best approach is to look at every aspect of our client’s life. This means that to really know you, we must examine all aspects biologically, psychologically, sociologically, ethically, and spiritually within your life. No matter what your story is, I truly believe that God can restore anything that is broken and disordered.
