I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Texas and specialize in marriage and family counseling. My training integrates clinical excellence with spiritual formation, and I counsel from a biblical worldview that honors the connection between mind, body, and spirit.
I draw from attachment theory, family systems, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and discipleship-focused care, believing that God is the ultimate healer and that lasting change is a thoughtful, grace-filled process. My desire is to walk alongside clients with empathy, wisdom, and hope as they pursue healing and growth.
I have more than 20 years of experience working with children, parents, young women, and families, and I am passionate about fostering healthy attachment and Christ-centered discipleship. I work collaboratively with clients to set realistic goals that support meaningful and sustainable change.
I am a Houston native, wife, and mother of three. I enjoy time with my family, traveling, cooking, reading, and staying active outside!
